Situated at 110 Connectivity Lane in Nexton’s Dayfield Park, the 11,000-square-foot facility features nine classrooms designed to accommodate approximately 150 children aged six weeks to six years. The center also adds around 25 teaching positions to the community.

The school boasts an indoor gymnasium, multiple outdoor playgrounds, and a turf field, all equipped with hospital-grade sanitization for a healthy environment. The curriculum focuses on nurturing each child through music, art, sign language, secondary languages, and problem-solving games, while also emphasizing social-emotional development.

Nexton announces the groundbreaking of Marketplace at Nexton, a new development featuring service, retail, and dining options. Located at the intersection of Nexton Parkway and Cross Park Lane, this project will include six one-story buildings totaling 35,000 square feet of retail space. Currently, more than 14,000 square feet have been leased to businesses such as Dunkin’, sweetFrog, Rotolo’s Craft and Crust Pizza, Dance Moves of Charleston, Shimmer nail salon, and a liquor store concept, with 12,000 square feet still available.

Nexton Unveils Plans for Dayfield Park: A New Hub for Work, Retail, and Residential Living

Nexton, South Carolina's premier innovative and walkable community, has announced the development of Dayfield Park, a new commercial and residential property designed to enhance the work-life experience. This ambitious project will offer a blend of office spaces, retail, and service providers, catering to the needs of Nexton's growing workforce and residents.

Covering approximately 60 acres and connected to Nexton’s Brighton Park neighborhood, Dayfield Park will launch in three phases. The first phase will feature about 100,000 square feet of commercial office space and 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space across five single-story buildings, with additional outparcels available. The full project will eventually include 15 buildings and is expected to create around 500 new jobs.

Dayfield Park aims to provide amenities that support modern employees beyond traditional office hours. Planned facilities include The Goddard School daycare, HYLO Fitness for convenient workout sessions, and Go Dog, a pet daycare, boarding, and grooming facility with an on-site bar.
